Deana listens, is very patient, explains everything in super simple terms, looks for ways to save the customer money, and truly delivers an exceptional customer service experience. "Review update: I was a previously happy customer with multiple policies. I am now being dropped by Matt Crosby at State Farm Auto for having 2 at-fault accidents (1 was avoiding a deer. How is that my fault???) within a certain timeframe (2 years I believe). They didn't even pay out very much for the second (deer) one. Had I been aware of this, I never would have claimed the second accident (but at the time we didn't know the final cost). The moral of the story is, don't go with State Farm! It doesn't matter how long you've been with them, how many policies you have or how many other clients you've referred. The moment the have to pay out, they will dump you as soon as they can. Loyalty means nothing."

"My home, greenhouse and property suffered damages from the tornado in Comstock Park in August of 2023. The National Weather Service confirmed that the tornado touched down just west of me and traveled through the southern edge of my property, wrecking havoc. Because of the source of the damages, my claim was handled by the Catastrophic Claims unit instead of locally. I would go so far as to that it was mishandled by them. Matt went out of his way to go to bat for me and my family to make sure that we were taken care of. He stayed in close contact with my wife and I, helping to organize the claim and pictures as evidence of the damages. For the hunters reading this- he even called me from his cabin to answer some of my questions during rifle season. Matt has taken every opportunity to personally make sure that my family was being taken care of and treated appropriately. This is a man who truly cares about your well being and I couldn't recommend him more."
